Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

After delivery of the order/products/items, if a customer reports any discrepancy with the delivered products then our technical team will review and verify the submitted details and will issue an RMA number to return the order/products/items. Once we received the product our expert team will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer.

In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund.

Furthermore, no warranty/return/replacement will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are only able to offer order returns within 5 days from the delivery date for unused products/items.

In case of a return, once we received the order/product back to us, the returned item will be subjected to a quality check then the refund will be issued. if customers want to change or cancel the order they should contact us through Email/WhatsApp/call to update the order, change the shipping address, or payment method, or just to cancel, We will get back to you by email within 24 hrs. regarding your concern. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered. If your order's status has changed to shipped, you won’t be able to alter/Change it.

Defective unused products will be replaced within 5 days of delivery. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products in any manner.

No Return accepted/applicable after 5 days from delivery.
