Shipping and Delivery

we always ship by reputed courier company so that your order reaches on time and in original condition, also we may ship a product in multiple parts if required by product characteristics.
If the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact us immediately at care@discretesignals.com or +916261646981. We shall ensure replacement of the product at earliest.
all products shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
we try to ship the orders within 24 hrs. excluding Sundays but cannot guarantee it.
we try to deliver all orders within 3-8 days but cannot be guaranteed it, sometimes time required to deliver the order depends on outside factors that are not in the control of the company.
we ensure a guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website and to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing, etc., we request from customers that after accepting delivery of the order the customer is required to check and report problems with the products within 5 days from date of delivery.
Once the customer reports any discrepancy with delivered products then our technical team will review and verify the submitted details and will issue an RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our expert team will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty/return/replacement will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
